Absolute Maintenance Services now trading as AMS Garden and Cleaning (Pty) Ltd is a Gauteng and Cape Town based Gardening and Cleaning Service Company.

Established in 1996, AMS Garden and Cleaning is a family run business. Founded by Andre van der Mescht and grown into an established and trusted company. We have more than 150 full-time workers that service 34 commercial and residential complexes on a daily bases.

Our vision is to provide turn key services to our clients, with our tailored schedules that include garden services, cleaning services, refuse management, landscaping and pest control.

Our mission is creating jobs for gardeners and cleaners and give them a sustainable income to

provide for their families.

Meet the Management Team from AMS Garden and Cleaning. We work directly with our clients and workers to provide our clients the best service possible. We are hands-on with the services we provide and our clients will have direct contact with us.



Our SERVICES

  • Full Time Workers

    We supply experienced full time gardeners and cleaners, working on site Mondays-Fridays. We have an appointed supervisor per complex.

  • Servicing Gardens

    We service the gardens on a daily bases, cutting the lawn and edges, turning garden beds, watering the gardens and lawns and sweeping all outside areas. AMS will also give advice if there are any problems or open areas in the gardens. Weeds will be controlled on a monthly bases.

  • Cleaning Service

    The complex will be cleaned on a daily bases by sweeping and mopping the passages, offices, staircases and cleaning of accessible windows. We also do pre cleaning of units before tenants/owners move in.

  • Refuse Service

    The workers will collect refuse around the complex daily. The refuse bins will be taken out on refuse removal day. The refuse bins and area will be cleaned and disinfected weekly.

  • Equipment and machines

    All garden equipment and machines will be supplied. Cleaning chemicals and consumables will be supplied monthly.

    AMS Garden and Cleaning is a family owned company with a dedicated team of trained gardeners

    and cleaners, supported by a hands-on management team.

    Management does regular inspections and will send a monthly report on what has been done at

    the complex and any problems in and around the complex.
